Pc’s are changing fast and furious now. Just to make people aware looking to eiter upgrade or buy a new pc….PCIE 3.0 is here! There isn’t a huge supply of mobo’s out with “true” PCIE 3.0 switching but there are a ton of “fakes” advertising as 3.0 but still has the old 2.0 chip.

F.Y.I. for “true” PCIE 3.0 experience you will need a Ivy Bridge CPU, PCIE 3.0 video card and mobo.

Funny how everything is 3 now? USB 3, SATA 3 and now PCIE 3.0….apparently PCIE 4 .0 is in the works so is it worth while splurting the cash to upgrade or just to hang on and wait? Well, me personally, i’m still on PCIE 2.0 (and would think most of us are) but it’s a old DDR2 system and I still max out every game I chuck at it, you decide.
